Empowering families and care providers to support healthy aging through the power of meaningful conversations.
Why we built inTouch
It began with something personal.
Our founder, Vassili, was living in another country while his mother was aging back home. He wanted to check in with her more often to hear her voice, stay close, and make sure she was okay. But with time zones, busy days, and the unpredictability of life, it wasn’t always possible to call when he wanted to.
“What if there was a way to make sure someone kind and thoughtful was calling her during the times I couldn’t?”
That idea became inTouch, a gentle, human-centered solution that adds another layer of care, without replacing the important role of family or staff. It was built to help people feel remembered, connected, and valued no matter the distance.

The People behind inTouch
We’re not just experts in technology and well-being. We’re sons, daughters, parents, and caregivers too. We know how meaningful it is to hear a familiar voice, and how challenging it can be to maintain regular contact. We built inTouch to make those moments easier.
For Care Facilities
inTouch offers a simple, low-effort way to enrich the social lives of residents especially during quieter hours, like late afternoons and evenings. We help fill these silent times with warm conversations that support emotional wellbeing, cognitive engagement, and a deeper sense of connection. There’s no extra burden on your staff, no new technology to learn. We take care of scheduling, calling, and communicating with families, so your team can focus on what they do best.

For Families
And for families, inTouch provides peace of mind. Knowing their loved one is receiving regular attention and thoughtful interaction, even when they can’t be there, helps build trust and confidence in the care being provided.
