It’s designed to be completely effortless. They can select the Mary icon directly from the phone's main menu and press the call button.
There are no menus to navigate or numbers to dial. Just a quick click, and Mary is on the line to greet them.
Does my loved one need to do anything to "set up" the phone?
No. Once the activation on this page is done, the phone is ready. There are no apps for the senior to download or passwords for them to remember. Mary is "built-in" to the device.
