What happens after the 5-hour free trial ends?
We will send an email to the registered address as the trial nears its end. You can then choose to upgrade to a full subscription to keep the conversations going. There are no automatic charges; you only pay if you decide to continue. The subscription is €19.90 per month.

Absolutely. At inTouch, privacy is our top priority. Conversations are encrypted and private. We are strictly GDPR compliant, which means your personal information is never sold or shared with any third parties. Mary is here solely to provide emotional support and companionship in a safe, secure environment that you and your family can trust.
What topics can Mary talk about?

Does my loved one need to do anything to "set up" the phone?
No. once the activation on this page is done, the phone is ready. There are no apps for the senior to download or passwords for them to remember. Mary is "built-in" to the device.
How does my loved one start a conversation with Mary?
It’s designed to be completely effortless. There are two easy ways to reach her:
- The shortcut button: they simply press the top-right button on the keypad (located just above the back key). Once Mary appears on the screen, they press the green call button to start talking.
- The main menu: they can also select the Mary icon directly from the phone’s main menu and press the call button.
There are no menus to navigate or numbers to dial. Just a quick click and Mary is on the line to greet them.
